Display & Accessory Rental

With Blaine Convention Services, you can save time and money with our modular rental systems. We offer custom and traditional displays which is inclusive of all drayage and shipping charges. Our professional installation and dismantling staff offers an affordable solution to exhibiting at trade shows and events.

Custom Furniture Rental

Blaine Convention Services will provide you with custom furnishings to help you create a very unique booth environment. We feel that it is very important that your booth be both comfortable and functional. These furnishings are available in a variety of colors.

Traditional Exhibit Furnishings

Blaine Convention Services offers a variety of standard booth furnishings. We provide you with up to date booth carpets, tables, chairs, etc. Our vast inventory of booth accessories enables us to make your booth as comfortable and functional as possible.

Carpet Samples

Booth carpet can provide you with comfort during your busy show schedule, as well as enhancing your booth’s overall look. We can also customize your carpet to incorporate any special graphic needs or company logos. Our inventory provides you with a multitude of Standard and Designer Colors. Cleaning Services

First impressions are important! Tradeshows create heavy foot traffic. When your booth becomes unclean, it can make a poor impression. By allowing us to clean your booth, it will enable you and your staff to focus your attention to your customers.

Display Installation & Dismantling

If your company already owns an exhibit, we provide a team of trained professionals to install, maintain, and dismantle your exhibit. By ordering your labor in advance, it will save you wait time on the show floor. If we can anticipate your needs in advance, we can have our staff available to you at the dates and times you specify. Please note; labor union regulations vary from facility to facility. Contact us directly with any labor questions and we will be happy to research them for you.

Material Handling

Blaine Convention Services can coordinate all of your shipping needs. We can receive your exhibit materials in advance, Store your empty containers during the event, and handle any outbound shipping needs at the conclusion of the show. Drayage services include all labor and equipment necessary to provide this service. We can also provide advanced storage and in-house warehousing of your exhibiting material.

Sign & Artwork

Our talented graphics department can give your booth a look that helps you stand out from the rest. With the latest computer technology we can create 4-color graphics, custom area rugs and vinyl signs to satisfy your visual needs.

Electrical Services

In many cases getting electricity set up in your booth can be an issue. Blaine Convention Services can arrange electrical equipment and installation as requested.

Drapery Samples

Blaine Convention Services offers a variety of colors to enhance your booths appearance. Our table skirting will give your booth the look you are trying to achieve.

Audio/Visual Equipment Rental

By offering a unique presentation to your customers, allows your company to stand out among your competitors. Our creative audio/visual technicians will work directly to help you communicate your message effectively.
